TrainFrame account deletion request

TrainFrame users who can open the app can delete their account in Settings -> Delete account. In-app deletion is the fastest option for signed-in users. This page is for users who no longer have the app installed or cannot access the in-app deletion flow.

Deleting your TrainFrame account deletes TrainFrame account data. It does not delete your Google account.

This web form does not automatically delete data. It only shows email instructions for a manual request. After account deletion, TrainFrame may keep limited deletion and security records so old sessions cannot restore deleted data and so the same Google account can create a fresh TrainFrame account later. Manual deletion requests are processed within 30 days. Do not send passwords, Google passwords, JWTs, Firebase tokens, device tokens, keystores, private keys, or other secrets. Support bundles are not needed for deletion requests.

What we need

Email trainframe1@gmail.com with the Google sign-in email or contact email you used with TrainFrame, a clear sentence that you are requesting TrainFrame account/data deletion, and optional context. Deletion cannot be undone once completed.
